Recording Project Update

The project "Searching for the Words" has been completed as of June 2005.  We are very excited about this project for several reasons:  my daughter, Paige, recorded for the first time on this project, my wife, Brenda, wrote 2 of the songs and my brother, Brad, recorded a song with me for the first time since he's been saved.  I am looking forward to being able to share these songs as we travel throughout the next year. 

The new project "America Strikes Back" is in!!  If you are interested in finding out more about this project you can contact us.  We do not have this new project added to our order form yet, but if you are interested in purchasing a CD or cassette, the prices are the same as the other CD's & cassettes on the order form. Just indicate in writing on the form that you would like to purchase the current project!

It doesn't seem possible that it's been almost a year since our live recording . . . but it has!  We just finished recording a new project on May 31, 2003.  I am extremely excited about this project.  We recorded a song that was written by our good friend Mary Humphrey that is about the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks titled "America Strikes Back" - and we are excited about it!!  My dad, Glenn, and I re-recorded one of his old songs "That I Could Still Go Free", my son, Austin, re-recorded a song that I sang when I was about his age, "I Couldn't Make It Without Him", and my niece Crosby recorded "He's Everything To Me.  My good friend and evangelist, Derek Stinnett, joined us for the recording and helped out with a special recitation.  I was especially excited to have my sister Cloy with us helping out with backgrounds as well as my sister Charlotte Brooks and my cousins Monte Leichner and Jerrod Rogers.  Each one of them adds their own unique sound to each project and it is always an honor to be singing with them!  We hope to have this project out by July of 2003.

The VIDEO's/DVD's/CD's/TAPES from the Live Recording are all in!  All pre-ordered items have been mailed out, so if you haven't received yours, please let us know and we will check our list.

I am very excited about this new project, God gave me three new songs for this and I know that He has been using at least two of them already to touch people's lives.  I continue to be amazed and excited about the move of God.

I want to thank everyone who prayed for this recording.  The presence of God during the service was awesome and His presence can still be felt when watching the video.  I also want to thank our church for their support and attendance and I appreciate all of the people that drove from other cities and states to be with us the evening of the recording.
